Chuqiao Yang's debut chapbook, Reunions in the Year of the Sheep (Baseline Press), won the 2018 bpNichol Chapbook Award. She has been a finalist for the RBC Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers and the recipient of two Western Magazine Awards. She is a member of the board of directors for VerseFest and Canthius.
