This weekend creative writers will be at UNB for the CCWWP (Canadian Writers & Writing Programs) conference. The conference will feature readings, workshops, performances, discussions of creative writing, and a host of other presentations from a diverse group of writers & scholars from across the country. There are four keynote speakers: El Jones and Herménégilde Chiasson on Friday evening; Tracey Lindberg on Saturday evening; and Jan Zwicky on Sunday evening. The evening keynotes will be held at Memorial Hall, while the rest of the conference will take place at the Wu Centre. You can register to attend the whole conference or you can just attend one of the keynotes. And if you are at the conference during the day sessions, don't forget to drop by The Fiddlehead's table in the Wu Centre's atrium to say hello.
